Coaching

Build a practice that lasts.
Not a program that ends.

1:1 coaching for people who want to feel good every day — not just for a photoshoot, not just for a challenge, not just for a season. For good.

This is for you if

  • You've tried the extremes and you're quietly done with them
  • You want energy, sleep, clarity, and a body you're proud of
  • You want someone who's read the research so you don't have to
  • You want a practice that fits into your actual life
  • You'd rather do less, done well, than more, done badly

This is not for you if

  • You want a 12-week body transformation
  • You want someone to yell at you to do more
  • You want answers without understanding why
  • You want fast results over sustainable ones
  • You're not willing to start small

The process

How coaching works.

01

We talk

A free intro conversation where we learn about where you are, what you've tried, and what you actually want to feel like. No pitch. No pressure.

02

We build your practice

Based on the science and your life, we design a small, specific set of daily habits. Usually 2-3 things. Not 15.

03

We refine together

Weekly check-ins. We review what's working, adjust what isn't, and slowly expand the practice. No spreadsheets. No guilt. Just steady progress.

04

You keep going

The goal is to build something so well-fitted that you don't need us forever. Most clients stay 3-6 months. Some stay longer. You decide.

Common questions

What people ask before starting.

What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a 1:1 partnership where a trained coach helps you build sustainable daily habits tailored to your goals. If you need a workout program, we build one. If you need nutrition guidance, we do that too. If you want help with sleep, recovery, stress, or all of the above — we cover it. We take a holistic approach because it delivers better, longer-lasting results, but we always start with what matters most to you and build from there.

How is this different from a personal trainer or nutritionist?

We can do everything a personal trainer or nutritionist does — and we often do. The difference is we also look at the bigger picture: sleep, stress, recovery, energy, and how everything connects. A great workout plan means nothing if you're sleeping 5 hours a night. We start with your specific goal and build outward from there, making sure the whole system supports it.

How long does coaching typically last?

Most clients work with us for 3-6 months. Some stay longer. There are no contracts or minimum commitments — it's month-to-month, and you can stop any time. The goal is to build a practice so well-fitted to your life that you eventually don't need us.

Do I need to be in good shape to start?

No. We work with people at every starting point — from completely sedentary to competitive athletes. The practice is designed around where you are now, not where you think you should be. The only requirement is willingness to start small and build gradually.

Is this evidence-based?

Yes. Every recommendation we make is grounded in peer-reviewed research on sleep science, exercise physiology, nutrition, and recovery. When the evidence is strong, we say so. When it's mixed or evolving, we say that too. We don't make claims the science doesn't support.

What does a typical week look like?

One 30-minute coaching call per week, plus async messaging support between calls. We'll set 2-3 specific daily habits for you to practice. No spreadsheets, no calorie tracking, no complex protocols — just a small number of things done consistently. Most clients spend less than 30 minutes per day on their practice.
