Questions

About the assessments.

What is a health self-assessment?

A health self-assessment is a short questionnaire that helps you understand your current baseline across key health dimensions — sleep quality, energy levels, stress, anxiety, and fitness readiness. It's not a medical diagnosis. It's an awareness tool that gives you a starting point for building better habits.

Are these assessments scientifically validated?

Our assessments are informed by validated research instruments (like the GAD-7 for anxiety and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) but adapted for general wellness use. They are not clinical diagnostic tools. If your results suggest significant concerns, we always recommend consulting a healthcare professional.

Do you store my data?

No. These assessments run entirely in your browser or on the quiz platform. We do not store your answers or results. If you want to save your results, take a screenshot or write them down.

How often should I retake an assessment?

Every 90 days is a good rhythm. It's enough time for real changes to show up in your baseline, but not so frequent that you're chasing daily fluctuations. Think of it as a quarterly check-in with yourself.

Most people start with a plan.
We start with awareness.

You can't build a good practice on a guess. These assessments give you a clear, honest starting point.
